Our excellent Customer Service is valued as an essential part of our business. Our rapid order processing ensures that in most cases, items are picked and dispatched from our bulk stock, the same day you order them. If you’re ordering Friday - Sunday we aim to dispatch your order on Monday. We secure all transactions using PayPal - one of the world’s most secure online payment system carriers. Delivery Charges Delivery charges are calculated by the total value of your order. Goods are delivered by courier to your stated postal address (mainland UK) and will require a signature to accept delivery. If you require delivery to a different address, ie work, or on a specific day, please email us before we dispatch the goods. We are unable to change the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched. Goods are insured against damage in transit. If goods are found to be damaged in transit, contact our Customer Care team on 07763677909 any time between 11am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Stock Terms & Despatch Times 'In Stock Item' - Refers to items that are physically in stock and are ready for despatch within 48 hours. We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being received. However many of our items are picked and dispatched by 2pm on the same day (excluding Saturday, Sunday, Public holidays). | ||
